When I was diagnosed with a gluten allergy, I thought that was the end of eating a sandwich or having a slice garlic bread. I know not many people get excited about “gluten-free” bread. Although there are some good brands out there, most of the time it’s dry or dense, or just, I don’t know, not like bread. After finding all of these great ways to swap out bread I had to share all the secrets (they have helped tremendously)!
