I love everything about Halloween — the cheesy costumes; the fake cobwebs, moving skeletons and bloody body parts and especially, the gross Kitty Litter Cake that someone always makes.

My husband and I love decorating the house extra creepy, to the point of insanity. Last year, we only had a few trick-or-treaters come by because they were too scared to walk up the path to our house. That put smiles on both of our faces (and extra pounds on our butts from all of the leftover candy we wound up eating).

I love going Halloween-crazy in the kitchen, too. If you're like me, you'll want to check out my round-up of 13 of my favorite gluten-free Halloween treats, made with just seven ingredients or less.

No eye of newt, toe of frog, wool of bat or tongue of dog involved!
